Phound Wave is Phound's group messaging and campaign workspace. It helps you organize contacts, send a one-time Blast, and build scheduled Campaigns from a Phound persona and number.
Wave has six main areas:

| Campaigns | Build Anniversary, Drip, Countdown, Calendar, or Repeating automations. |
| Timeline | Review upcoming Wave sends in chronological order. |
| Resources | Manage custom fields, message templates, tags, keywords, and reusable assets. |
| Settings | Control delivery, configuration bundles, broadcast hours, and API access keys. |
Blasts and Campaigns
A Blast is one message sent to selected contacts or collections. Use it for an announcement, reminder, or other one-time update.
A Campaign schedules one or more messages according to a campaign type. Use it when the timing is connected to a contact joining a sequence, an anniversary, a date, an end date, or a repeating schedule.

Before You Send
Before sending from Wave:
- Confirm that the correct Phound persona is active.
- Use a sending number that is approved for business messaging.
- Add only contacts who are eligible to receive the message.
- Review your broadcast hours.
- Test personalization, links, timing, replies, and opt-out behavior.
