Connect a Phone Number
Number availability and assignment can depend on the account. Review Assign Numbers to Personas and How to Add a New Phone Number before changing an existing number assignment.
Test Before Sharing the Number
Call the persona's number from a separate phone. Confirm:
- The intended incoming-call route runs.
- The correct devices ring when applicable.
- The selected ringtone plays.
- Voicemail behaves as configured.
- The caller sees the identity you expected.
If the persona uses a Custom Flow, follow Connect a Flow to a Persona and Test and Troubleshoot a Flow.
