Phound plan prices, limits, and included features can change. The plan and checkout screens in your Phound account are the source of truth for what is currently available to you.
Compare Plans in Your Account
- Open the subscription or billing area in Phound.
- Review the plans offered for your account.
- Compare monthly and annual billing if both are available.
- Open the feature details for the plan you are considering.
- Review the total price, billing cycle, taxes, and renewal terms before confirming any change.
Do not rely on an old screenshot or a price quoted in an older support conversation. Use the amount and terms shown in the current checkout screen.
Questions to Ask Before Choosing
Use your actual workflow to compare the available plans:
- How many people need access?
- How many phone numbers or personas do you need?
- Do you need calls or messages outside the Phound network?
- Do you need Teams or shared-number features?
- Do you need Phound Flows?
- Do you need Phound Wave?
- Which Magnum AI features appear in the plan details?
- What meeting limits are shown for the plan?
- Is an add-on or usage charge listed separately?
Feature Availability
Some features depend on the subscription, account, assigned number, location, registration status, or staged product access. A feature mentioned in the knowledge base may not appear in every account.
If a feature is important to your decision, confirm that it appears in the plan details or ask Phound Support before changing the subscription.
Before You Upgrade or Downgrade
Review:
- When the change takes effect.
- Whether the change affects numbers, personas, Teams, Flows, or Wave.
- Whether your current billing cycle changes.
- Whether any add-ons are separate.
- What happens to features or data that exceed the new plan's limits.
