Magnum AI MCP
Launched: June 2026
The Magnum AI MCP connects the meetings Magnum AI captured inside Phound to Claude and other MCP-supported AI tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and more). Once connected, your AI assistant can search past meetings, read transcripts, pull summaries, and surface action items and decisions, turning your meetings into searchable business knowledge.

Business SMS: TCR & 10DLC Registration
Launched: June 2026
Before you can send business text messages through Phound Business or Phound Wave, you need to complete TCR and 10DLC registration. Our new guide explains what TCR (The Campaign Registry) and 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) are, how Brand and Campaign registration work, and how to improve your chances of getting approved the first time. Unlike many providers, the Phound team reviews your submission and gives you feedback before you continue.

Document Signing
Launched: May 2026
Phound now includes built-in document signing. You can send a document for legally binding e-signature and keep the signed copy stored in the platform alongside the related conversation. For small businesses, this closes the gap between agreeing to terms in a chat and getting a signed contract, all without a separate e-signature tool.
Phound Wave on iPad
Launched: Spring 2026
Phound Wave, Phound's broadcast messaging tool, is now available on iPad in addition to desktop and mobile, giving you more room to build contacts, templates, and campaigns. Learn more in What Is Phound Wave?.
Phound Flows (Smart IVR)
Available now
Phound Flows is Phound's smart IVR (interactive voice response), so business callers can be greeted and routed automatically (for example, "Press 1 for sales, press 2 for support"). Combined with Shared Numbers, teams can answer a single business line together. Learn more in What Are Phound Flows?, or grab a ready-made setup from the Flow Templates library.
